Kohinoor Group

Kohinoor Group has been a leader in Pune’s real estate development sector for over 41 years. The group began its operations in 1983 as a cement trading business under the leadership of its Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Krishnakumar Goyal.

Construction and development activities commenced in 1989 under the name of Kohinoor Constructions. To date, the group has developed and delivered over 11 million sq. ft. of space across Pune and currently has over 17 million sq. ft. of spaces under development. Additionally, Kohinoor Group has diversified interests in other verticals, including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Services.
