Prior to 2003, as startups began to outsource product development offshore, success stories were limited due to vendors applying processes designed for large IT outsourcing projects. Recognizing the need for a new approach tailored specifically for startups, Nitin and Manjusha founded Talentica Software (I) Pvt. Ltd. in April 2003.
