Tokyo Bakery stands out as a unique Japanese artisan bakery that specializes in additive-free savory and sweet breads. It operates as a "live bakery," allowing customers to watch the baking process and ensuring that all breads served are absolutely fresh every day.

Among its most popular offerings are the fried curry bread, melon pan, custard bun, cinnamon rolls, and various loaves. In addition to these specialties, the bakery also bakes baguettes and pizzas, and makes sandwiches using their fresh breads. Following training in Japan at the end of 2022, the bakery expanded its menu to include Japanese-style pastries, with plans to introduce seasonal items such as short cakes and strawberry croissants.
